Job description

Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for travelers during registration. Provide information on tours, itineraries, and special requirements with customer-focused approach. Explain and communicate booking terms and conditions.

Follow up on customer payments and manage past-due payments. Coordinate and prepare event materials for shipment. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams, accurate registration data.

Cvent and Web Event Management:Create and manage event registration websites and landing pages (Cvent and WordPress). Set up and monitor event workflows, registration paths, and payments. Generate event reports and resolve technical issues.

Quality Assurance:Review and validate traveler information for accuracy.*Implement quality control for registration processes.*Continuously improve the registration experience. Qualifications:3-5 years of experience with Cvent.*Willingness to learn WordPress landing page creation.*Experience in the travel industry or group travel logistics.*Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
