Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to support the Event Technology team with building and managing content involved with meeting applications, event registrations, websites, and onsite badge printing. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in meeting and event planning who is looking to continue a career in event technology. They should be a quick learner with technology, passionate about user interaction, extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Accountability and ownership of both individual tasks and long-term projects are essential. An ideal candidate can perform under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities.
Successful candidates will have the following:
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment with exposure to meeting and event technology
  • Proficient in full registration website or virtual event buildout
  • Comfortable exploring and learning new technologies and working in a variety of databases
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be flexible & meet strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with mail merges, pivot tables, and Excel formulas
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to make suggestions based on clients/events needs
  • Strong hospitality and people skills with an eagerness to interact with clients and attendees
  • Superior proofreading skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of SpotMe, Cvent EventApp, Cadence, Swoogo, Bizzabo or other meeting industry applications
  • Relevant experience working with a registration management system such as Cvent, Swoogo or Bizzabo.
  • HTML experience a plus
  • Meeting coordinator, event coordinator, or project manager experience

  • Build and manage event registration websites, forms, and content across virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using platforms like Cvent and WordPress.
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing timelines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel onsite to support live events, managing registration, mobile apps, engagement tools, and badge printing technology.
  • Organize and consolidate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to select and implement engagement tools that align with their event goals and enhance the attendee experience.
  • Proof and review content across websites, emails, and reports to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment.
