Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to support Sales Event campaigns, Tier 2 regional websites, and DSS Email product execution within the OEM Delivery team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders to successfully deliver digital initiatives while ensuring timely execution, high-quality delivery, and exceptional stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive project manager with strong Agile experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Sales Event campaigns, Tier 2 websites, and DSS Email initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and agency partners, providing proactive project updates and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, QA, and application management.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and executive-ready documentation.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate release planning, Go/No-Go meetings, deployment readiness, and production launches.
  • Partner with QA teams to validate releases and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and manage escalations through completion.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, templates, and delivery workflows.
  • Shadow the Sales Event Program Manager during onboarding and progressively take ownership of assigned workstreams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in technology, digital delivery, or enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing Agile backlogs.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or OEM delivery environments.
  • Automotive industry experience, including Sales Events, incentives, pricing platforms, or dealer technologies.
  • Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and deployment schedules.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of vehicle pricing engines, incentive platforms, and promotional campaign management.
  • Experience supporting Tier 2/Tier 3 dealer networks
