Job Summary
The work study program provides funds for part-time employment to help students finance the costs of postsecondary education. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student's course of study. The program is designed to provide students with an opportunity for employment arranged around class schedules, while providing essential services to the College and the community.
Essential Functions
Assist faculty and students in the Graphic Design Work Lab by providing project support and maintaining a productive studio environment.
Support the development and production of departmental design projects, including campus signage, environmental graphics, vehicle wraps, promotional materials, and special event graphics.
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical project files, templates, and production assets.
Assist with print production tasks including proofing, trimming, mounting, assembling presentations, and preparing files for vendors.
Maintain studio equipment, workstations, inventory, and supplies to ensure the lab remains organized and operational.
Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and file-preparation issues for students and faculty.
Assist with photography, mockups, presentations, and portfolio preparation activities.
Support faculty with administrative tasks including data entry, material preparation, copying, scanning, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
