THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Event Warehouse Associate to perform specialized tracking and handling of assets to ensure clean, protected and quality products are provided to events efficiently, safely and meet company standards.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Perform event-related asset tasks: pull, restock, inspect, and clean assets; protect for transport and storage; pick-up/deliver vendor products
  • Tag assets based on condition, assist in repair, reposition assets based on usage, monitor inventory levels
  • Participate in event production, installation/tear down and loading/unloading of vehicles as needed
  • Operate company trucks, vans and lifts, notify management of gas and maintenance needs
  • Adhere to safety, security and property dock/loading procedures and policies
  • Ensure that venues/MREP studio is clean and orderly, tools are maintained, and equipment is properly stored after use: report loss, theft, or damage
  • Properly pack, unpack and check goods against orders and handle inventory to protect against damage
  • Accurately read and complete all required paperwork
  • Create a SHOW Service work environment promoting creativity, collaboration, teamwork, recognition, mutual respect
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of prior relevant experience in events industry, hospitality, or a related field
  • Prior experience in events, asset movement and maintenance or warehousing (preferred)
