Produced by the Events Studio - the centralized experiential team within Revenue Marketing - these experiences bring together the people who define culture alongside the partners who champion it, creating moments that only Condé Nast can produce. Working closely with Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, the team translates Condé Nast's storytelling and brand authority into experiences that drive both cultural impact and business results.
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Events to support the production of live experiences across Condé Nast's portfolio of brands. This role is an integral part of the Events Studio and will work collaboratively across internal and external events, supporting both tentpole franchises and custom programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and excited by the fast-paced nature of live event production.
Responsibilities
Support Live Event Production
  • Support the execution of tentpole franchises, custom events, partner activations, and internal experiences across the Events Studio
  • Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, production schedules, venue operations, guest experience, talent logistics, and onsite management
  • Help maintain production timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and event communications
  • Contribute to delivering polished, high-quality experiences that reflect Condé Nast's creative and editorial standards

Collaborate Across the Events Studio
  • Work fluidly across brands based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise - stepping in where your support creates the most value
  • Partner closely with producers and cross-functional teams to support successful event execution
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture across the Events Studio

Support Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in the development of production documents, budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
  • Help ensure strong alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Support procurement, staffing coordination, budget tracking, and production workflows across projects

Drive Production Excellence
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date production documentation across assigned projects
  • Support team workflows, processes, and operational best practices

Profile
  • 2-4 years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, media, brand partnerships, hospitality, production, project management, marketing, or other fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Interest in experiential production and a passion for culture, storytelling, audience experience, and live events
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a solutions-oriented mindset

The expected base salary range for this position is from $65,000 - $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
