  • Executing all administrative and support tasks essential to the seamless delivery of your projects.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree and a recognized Project Management certification (PMP), or are currently pursuing one.

  • You are experienced with over 7 years working within Diagnostic Healthcare.

  • You bring extensive lab-specific Project Management knowledge and experience, bringing deep industry expertise to the team.

  • You demonstrate a high level of self-organization and technical proficiency in project management software and digital tools.

  • In this position, you will be servicing customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French may be required depending on geographical location.

  • You possess superior communication and people management skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously in a field-based role requiring at least 20% travel.

Leadership strategique

  • Promouvoir notre methodologie de projet en fournissant les cadres et les outils necessaires pour garantir des resultats de premier ordre et renforcer notre reputation de chef de file du marche.

  • Combler l'ecart entre le client, le contrat et la realisation physique en menant chaque initiative a terme avec succes.

  • Harmoniser les pratiques commerciales dans tous les secteurs concernes en faisant la promotion et le partage d'une methodologie de gestion de projet coherente.

  • Stimuler la dynamique d'amelioration continue au sein du bureau de gestion des projets (PMO) afin de maintenir nos processus a la fine pointe de l'industrie.

  • Presenter des rapports sur l'ensemble du portefeuille d'implantation en fournissant des mises a jour critiques sur les echeanciers, les jalons et les phases de projet, du lancement a la cloture.

  • Developper des outils de communication personnalises repondant aux exigences uniques des equipes internes et des parties prenantes externes.

  • Donner aux autres gestionnaires les moyens d'agir en partageant les plans de projet essentiels, les calendriers et les outils de responsabilisation pour les executions a plus petite echelle.

  • Utiliser des outils de gestion de la performance et de planification de la capacite afin de fournir les donnees de base necessaires a nos decisions strategiques et operationnelles.

  • Executer toutes les taches administratives et de soutien essentielles a la realisation sans faille de vos projets.

Qui vous etes :

  • Vous detenez un baccalaureat et une certification reconnue en gestion de projet (PMP), ou etes en cours d'obtention de celle-ci.

  • Vous possedez plus de 7 ans d'experience dans le secteur des diagnostics de sante.

  • Vous apportez des connaissances approfondies et une solide experience en gestion de projets specifiques aux laboratoires, apportant une expertise sectorielle pointue a l'equipe.

  • Vous faites preuve d'un haut niveau d'auto-organisation et de competences techniques dans l'utilisation des logiciels de gestion de projet et des outils numeriques.

  • Dans ce poste, vous serez en contact avec des collegues partout au Canada, donc un niveau d'anglais competent et une maitrise du francais sont requis selon la region geographique.

  • Vous possedez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion des relations humaines, ainsi qu'une capacite eprouvee a travailler de maniere autonome dans un role sur le terrain necessitant au moins 20 % de deplacements.
