Within 2 months, you'll join client meetings and actively assist with tax reduction strategies. Twice a month, you'll train with industry leaders and gain insights you'll never find in a classroom or textbook, and take part in a 3 day company retreat.

Develop & Coach Team Members

Over the first year, contribute to the firm's growth by dedicating approximately 10% of your time to coaching and mentoring junior staff on client engagements and technical tax strategies.
