This role is ideal for a highly organized, results-driven professional who enjoys leading projects, improving processes, and delivering consistently high-quality events. The successful candidate will take ownership of event operations, manage multiple priorities, and ensure every event is executed with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee seminars, webinars, educational workshops, and client appreciation events.
  • Lead the events team and manage event logistics, schedules, vendors, and execution.
  • Confirm attendees, coordinate follow-up activities, and schedule qualified prospects for advisor consultations.
  • Monitor KPIs, event performance, and post-event results while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and event documentation.
