This role is tasked to assist in developing content, engaging with followers, analyzing performance data, and aligning social efforts with the broader marketing strategy. Reporting to the General Manger - Newark, this role will be working alongside restaurant staff and corporate marketing team.
Job Duties:
Content Strategy & Creation
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive social media strategy that supports marketing and business goals.
- Create and curate continuous, unique, content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Generate a content library to be used throughout the year.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience growth.
- Use insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and collaborate on actionable recommendations.
Campaign Management
