Job description

Operations Lead - Scaling Clinics

Location: Hybrid, Mississauga & Toronto (currently GTA-wide mobility)
Role Type: Operations & Administrative Support Team Lead
The Mission: To be the administrative lead behind daily operations, ensuring that systems, logistics, and "back-of-house" are as polished and professional as our client experience.
The Vibe: We are Align Custom Fit, and we move fast. We are a team of ambitious, problem-solvers focused on our mission of helping people move better, aligned.

The Role in 30 Seconds

You are organized and relentless. You focus on the how-managing logistics, vendors, inventory, and the systems that scale while keeping client experience paramount. You are a resourceful problem-solver who sees a bottleneck and builds a bridge before it becomes a barrier.

The Perks
  • The Lifestyle: Hybrid, with mostly remote work. Local candidates are preferred. Free "gratis" from Align Custom Fit and a front-row seat to a high-growth, high-vibe brand and a close-knit community.
  • The Access: You will work directly with the Co-Founders. The learnings of an MBA in real-time. You are a key player in Align's growth. This is a role for a self-starter who anticipates needs before they arise. Your goal is to keep the Leadership Team on their toes with your efficiency and organization, and not the other way around.
  • The Benefits: Comprehensive health and wellness coverage + paid time off + profit sharing program eligibility.
  • The Salary: $60,000/year to start
  • The Growth: Clear growth path into Operations Director as the company scales, based on milestones.

Are You Align's Person?
  • Resourceful & Self-Governing: You don't need a to-do list handed to you. You see a bottleneck and build ideal solutions to review with the team.
  • Detail Obsessed: You believe excellence is found in the details. Perpetual improvement is instinctive in your core values but you never lose sight of the big picture.
  • No Ego, All Impact: You lead through service. You are as comfortable with a spreadsheet as you are with a physical shipment. You get things done quickly. You have the communication finesse to integrate with all departments and the "humble-but-consistent" energy to get team buy-in.
  • Growth Mindset: You are energized by a fast-paced environment that values innovation and efficiency.
  • Tech-Fluent: You speak the language of CRMs, Slack, VOIP, AI, G-Suite, and especially Excel Sheets. If you don't know a software, you'll learn it.
  • 1-5 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator, Lead or Senior EA role, or running a small business.

What You'll Drive
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Own the flow of goods and manage high-level vendor relationships.
  • System Innovation: Constantly improve Align's paperless flagship processes to help us scale with "custom excellence."
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure Align's locations are physically and operationally aligned-clean, stocked, and perfect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Collaboration: Prepare the Weekly Ops Agenda, update the scorecard, hold the team accountable to our action items.
  • Own our internal systems. You'll support the charge on CRM transitions, be the liaison with our IT dev companies, and QA the tech setup for new locations.
  • Marketing & Events: Support growth by analyzing campaign data, and leading the end-to-end execution of events that elevate the Align brand, working with Align's Creative Lead.
  • Director of Operations' Right Hand: Act as a "force multiplier"-supporting high-level projects, drafting executive communications, and handling the critical tasks that keep the business scaling.
  • Operational Integrity: Maintain comprehensive databases, organize digital files, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed and ensure they are clear and followed.
  • Data Analysis: Ensuring accurate data capture in Align's ops, and ensuring efficient reporting at monthly and quarterly meetings, improving systems to optimize data collection.

About the Culture & Co-Founders

At Align, we believe in Moving Better, Aligned. We are a dynamic team that sits at the intersection of medical excellence, client experience and mid-luxury fashion. We care deeply about embodying honesty, accountability, and positivity. Align's culture is built on the tenets of mutual respect and open communication-we are a place where people don't just work, they contribute to a legacy of wellness.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and work with our Co-Founders visionary leaders who value medical excellence + leading the future of wellness, entrepreneurial thinking and high-level execution. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the architects of the brand, helping to scale a community-driven business that is changing lives through facilitating the joy of movement.

Please be prepared to submit 2, 60-second video responses as part of your full application process.
