Premier Group in Landover, MD is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our firm as an Operations Intern and provide invaluable assistance throughout the day-to-day! This internship starts off as a contract position, with the potential to grow into a full-time role after your first 90-day review. If you're hungry to learn, grow, and advance, keep reading!

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR OPERATIONS INTERN

  • $16.00 – $17.00/hour (depending on qualifications)
  • Flexible, hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • No weekends or government holidays required
  • Potential to grow into a full-time position based on your performance and our business needs

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Our Accounting & Operations Intern can work flexible hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, working for at least 5 hours per day. You'll need:

  • Providing attentive administrative and operational support to team members as needed.
  • Entering data into Excel and accurately updating spreadsheets.
  • Contributing to business procedural improvements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
  • Supporting budget tracking and document organization.
  • Assisting with setting up, breaking down, and coordinating the logistics of
    recruiting events.
  • Assisting with special projects and additional duties as assigned, including
    picking up and dropping off mail.
  • Current pursuit of a degree in management or a related field.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Time management skills for multitasking.
  • Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to support events and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
