Summary

We’re seeking outgoing, driven Community Marketing Agent to represent Travel + Leisure Co.  at live sports, hotels, entertainment, and community events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves engaging with people, and knows how to turn excitement and conversation into meaningful brand connections.

As a Community Marketing Agent, you’ll be the face of the brand—creating memorable experiences, building rapport, and introducing travel opportunities in a natural, engaging way.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage fans and guests at various indoor and outdoor venues in the valley including but not limited to, festivals, hotels, concerts, and partner events.

  • Book appointments to preview resorts and actively engage in face-to-face package sales and vacation package promotion.

  • Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

  • Start conversations that feel authentic—not scripted or transactional.

  • Qualify interest and capture guest information accurately.

  • Promote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiences.

  • Work closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site execution.

  • Maintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout the activation.

  • Review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Compensation
