POSITION SUMMARY: Event Sales & Membership Manager will manage the Event Coordinator while overseeing event planning and preparations intended for marketing and sales purposes. Sales and event managers handle the contracts with suppliers and third-party vendors for equipment and materials to be used during the event. Will be priority the liaison between T-Squared Social and our members. Increasing the number of members and guarantee their satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • T-Squared Social Member liaison
  • Organize event sales (groups of 10 or more)
  • In store and social media marketing
  • Answering inquiries, providing information, creating regular communication activities, and managing membership records

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

· Event Sales Manager must have excellent presentation, as well as phone skills, and an outgoing personality.

· Candidate should be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Individuals must flourish in high energy, fast-paced environment.

· Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in sales and event management.

· Several years of experience working with membership programs

· Data entry skills

· Demonstrate, educate and administer Company best practices, policies and procedures

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years experience as an Event Sales Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

· Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of hours a week.

· Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop and carry

· Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

· Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic.

· Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

Requirements:
