As a Wedding amp; Event Manager at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing luxury weddings and high-end events with impeccable attention to detail. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life while upholding the resortโ€™s standards of excellence. From initial inquiry to final execution, you will oversee all aspects of event planning, vendor coordination, and guest experience, ensuring flawless and memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of wedding and event planning, from initial consultations to post-event follow-ups.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (catering, banquet, housekeeping, concierge, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee vendor management, including florists, photographers, musicians, decorators, and entertainment providers.
