Position Summary

The Regional Events Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the company’s regional event strategy to generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, support sales growth, and strengthen relationships with customers and industry partners.

This role will oversee local and regional trade shows, home shows, expos, community events, contractor events, builder events, and other lead-generation opportunities. The Regional Events Manager will manage events from planning through execution and follow-up while ensuring each event produces measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Event Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a regional events calendar based on company sales goals.
  • Identify high-value trade shows, home shows, expos, community events, and industry events.
  • Evaluate events based on lead volume, lead quality, cost, and sales potential.
  • Establish event budgets and manage spending.
  • Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Manage events from initial planning through completion.
  • Coordinate booth space, sponsorships, signage, promotional materials, equipment, transportation, and lodging.
  • Communicate with event organizers, vendors, venues, and contractors.
  • Oversee booth setup, event operations, and breakdown.
