The Events Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering fun and memorable event experiences for guests of Five Iron Golf – Coral Gables, a franchised location operated by Sunshine Coral Gables, LLC. This position supports the execution of all booked events and group reservations while collaborating with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution. The Events Coordinator is highly organized, guest-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This franchised location of Five Iron Golf is redefining the indoor golf and entertainment experience by blending cutting-edge simulator technology with a high-energy, inclusive social atmosphere. With premium food and beverage offerings and community-driven programming, we provide unforgettable experiences for golfers and non-golfers alike.


Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the planning and execution of events, from inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Support incoming lead management and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Collaborate with GM, Sales, Golf, Kitchen, and Bar teams to ensure smooth event execution and proper staffing
- Maintain detailed event files, timelines, menus, and floor plans using booking system (e.g., Tripleseat)
- Coordinate event details, including AV, signage, table setup, food and beverage orders, and special requests
- Attend and support event setup and breakdown as required, ensuring all elements meet brand standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing any on-site concerns or adjustments during events
- Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and support internal BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings
- Support marketing efforts related to event promotion, community partnerships, and internal campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
