The Position:

The Marketing Manager, Pharmaceutical and Payor Relations supports the business development organization by creating marketing assets, insights, and campaigns that strengthen manufacturer relationships, support partnership opportunities, and accelerate commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop manufacturer-facing presentations, capability decks, and partnership marketing materials.
  • Support business development efforts through creation of sales tools, executive presentations, and customer-facing content.
  • Coordinate thought leadership initiatives that showcase company expertise and capabilities.
  • Assist with RFP, RFI, and proposal development activities.
  • Execute account-based marketing programs targeting prospective manufacturer partners using HubSpot.
  • Manage conferences, events, and trade show marketing activities, including materials and follow-up campaigns.
  • Gather and organize market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends to support business development efforts.
  • Support partnership launches through coordinated marketing and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and materials.
  • Measure and report on engagement and campaign performance.

Schedule:

In-office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of marketing, business development support, healthcare marketing, or related experience.
  • Experience developing presentations, proposals, and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling and concise messaging.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or partnership-focused initiatives.
  • Healthcare, pharma, rare disease, or life sciences experience preferred.
