General Information:
The EY Suite Front Desk Student Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, prospective students/families, and visitors to the Office of Professional Development and Undergraduate Programs Suite. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the office while promoting a welcoming and professional environment for both the office and the College of Business.
Office of Professional Development and Undergraduate Programs (EY Suite)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible shifts within this timeframe)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist students, faculty, prospective students, and visitors in person
• Manage virtual interview rooms, including scheduling and providing technical support
• Answer general inquiries by phone and email, and direct individuals to appropriate resources or staff
• Assist with event preparation and setup for office-sponsored programs and activities
• Compile and organize documents for academic classes and student-focused programs
• Provide general administrative and technical support to the office staff within the suite
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions
• Maintain regular office hours as scheduled

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic office technology and willing to learn new systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a professional setting
