We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in events, customer engagement, community outreach, and marketing.

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events and promotional activities
  • Represent the organization professionally at community events and public engagements
  • Welcome and engage with attendees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and answer questions from event attendees
  • Support event presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities
  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging event environment
