Description
The Event Intern will support the Event Coordination and Sales Team in daily organizational tasks related to event planning, office administration, and on-site event execution. This internship provides hands-on training in event sales and management, offering valuable industry experience. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ensuring event spaces are market-ready for meetings, tastings, tours, and open houses (e.g., setting up lighting, candles, vendor materials, TV/DVD, marketing materials, and food/beverage displays).
  • Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, answering calls, and confirming appointments.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed, such as drop-off meetings and ceremony rehearsals.
  • Assist in day-of event detailing, including venue setup according to client specifications and SEG standards.
  • Coordinate vendor schedules and quotes as directed.
  • Conduct research on event design, décor, and food and beverage trends to support the Sales and Event Coordination teams.
