The Recruiting Coordinator supports the hourly recruiting process by performing essential administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and timely hiring. Review applications for hourly positions and prepare candidate information for recruiters and hiring managers.

Send interview invitations and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers.

Complete rehire checks for Roper and MyWorkChoice candidates.

Coordinate scheduling for candidate interviews (may assist with interview logistics but will not conduct interviews).

Schedule drug screenings and track their completion.

Coordinate and track medical clearances for new hires.
