Job description

Functional Responsibility: The Meeting Coordinator is a mid to entry-level support position that provides support to the meeting planning team for the TIP directorate at NSF. This position will provide administrative and logistical support services to enable the timely execution of contract deliverables for meetings ranging in size from 10 to 600 attendees. Duties and requirements may include placing orders with vendors, setting up meeting rooms, developing and formatting meeting materials, issuing registration reminders and responding to participant inquiries, coordinating with speakers and exhibitors, coordinating travel and participant reimbursements, and providing onsite
support at conferences and events of various sizes.
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Minimum Education: College degree strongly preferred
Minimum/General Experience: 3 years administrative experience in fast-paced office environment required
