The Role
Harris Williams' Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (High Touch) to support the execution of both client-facing and internal marketing programs focused on events, gifting initiatives, and culture-related activities. This role works closely with marketing team members and internal partners to support planning, coordination, and execution across a range of high-touch programs that reflect the firm's brand and client experience standards.

What You'll Do
You will support the end-to-end execution of marketing programs with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail, including:
  • Researching and evaluating event venues and vendors, and providing thoughtful recommendations to marketing leadership
  • Coordinating event logistics such as venues, food and beverage, entertainment, accommodations, transportation, activities, and on-site needs
  • Leveraging event technology tools, including Cvent registration websites and mobile event applications
  • Producing and managing event and program materials, including invitations, RSVP tracking, name badges, signage, and related collateral
  • Supporting branded merchandise programs, including ordering, inventory management, packaging, and shipping of promotional items and event supplies
  • Coordinating and tracking internal and external gifting initiatives, including client-facing programs
  • Collaborating closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and seamless event execution
  • Tracking and organizing event and gifting metrics, including post-event data, to support program optimization

  • 2-4 years of experience in an event coordination, marketing coordination, or related role - or a strong interest in developing these skillsets

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
