The Folktale Group is all about creating unforgettable experiences through hospitality, food, and wine - and we're hiring!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Event Set-Up Crew team members to help bring weddings, winery events, concerts, corporate gatherings, and celebrations to life in our beautiful winery setting.

$25.00 / Hour


What You'll Do
  • Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, bars, decor, buffet stations, and dance floors 
  • Follow event diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) 
  • Move and organize event equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Assist with maintaining clean, organized event spaces before, during, and after events 
  • Support multiple event teams to ensure smooth execution 
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in a winery environment 
  • Help with loading, unloading, storage, and post-event cleanup

Requirements


  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Ability to work well on a team and follow direction 
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs 
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Attention to detail and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous event, banquet, hospitality, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
