Description
The part-time Event Staff is responsible for various duties as assigned, including but not limited to: concessions, security, event set-up, event clean up, gate workers, basketball workers, referees and anything else necessary to run a smooth operation for events at the MACC Activity Center.
This is a part-time, temporary/as needed position with hours varying with each job duty. This position is paid by the hour and is not eligible for any retirement or benefit package.

Qualifications
A High school diploma or equivalent, or working toward your diploma or equivalent; ability to lift 50 pounds; the ability to get to and from work on time. This position requires flexibility in work schedules and multi-tasking.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform duties necessary for concessions such as customer service, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
  2. Perform duties necessary for event set-up such as helping to cover or remove cover from basketball court, set up tables, chairs, etc. and clean up during or after events.
  3. Perform other duties necessary for events such as games and concerts such as gate workers, volleyball official, ticket sales, security, and/or parking.
  4. Perform additional duties as requested by the full-time Activity Center staff, Assistant Director, or Director of the Activity Center.
