Overview:
The Experiential Events Coordinator will join the Success Academy's Creative Agency to provide critical event logistics and execution support, playing a key role on the experiential team. This role is essential for maintaining the high-quality execution of a diverse portfolio of company events and managing execution risk for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Logistics & Execution - Independently manage and execute the logistics for a high volume of events, varying in scale, complexity, and audience.
  • Planning & Resource Management - Utilize existing planning resources, including a comprehensive database of NYC venues, to inform planning and streamline decision-making.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Serve as a point of contact for external vendors (e.g., caterers, printers) and liaise effectively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • On-Site Management - Support with on-site setup and tear-down activities, managing vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth event experience.
  • Financial Administration & Tracking - Manage and track event-related expenses, process invoices, and reconcile vendor costs to ensure adherence to event budgets.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event management, coordination, or logistics, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing complex logistics for multiple concurrent events of varying sizes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically and decisively under pressure.
  • Speed and efficiency in delivery, with a proven ability to meet extremely tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with vendors and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with the NYC venue landscape is a plus.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.
Compensation Range
$66,300-$72,000 USD
