Job Overview
AMB Sports + Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to assist with operational execution during our Major Events. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and operations while being part of some of the most exciting world-class events in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fan Experience Event Day Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless event experience for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-Event Signage Deployment: Assist with the setup of exterior and interior signage to ensure fans are guided efficiently throughout the stadium.

  • Pre-Event Checks: Conduct inspections of various areas to confirm stadium readiness and identify any last-minute needs before gates open.

  • Monitor Operational Flow: Observe and address lines at entry points, concessions, and other fan interaction areas to optimize wait times and improve the overall guest experience.

  • Track and Report Fan Insights: Document observations and feedback during events-such as bottlenecks, signage effectiveness, operational successes, and sound quality-to provide actionable insights for enhancing future events.

  • Mid-Event Signage Swaps: Transition signage between ingress and egress to manage fan flow as they arrive and depart.

  • Rideshare Traffic Control: Support traffic management by guiding rideshare vehicles to designated pick-up and drop-off areas.

  • MARTA Egress Assistance: Collaborate with MARTA staff to manage crowd flow and direct fans to public transit options during departure.

  • General Event Support: Assist with additional operational tasks throughout the event to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Must be at least a college sophomore maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Must be available to work weekends and late evenings, as event schedules vary.

  • Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving event materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication skills when engaging with fans, teammates, and staff at all levels.
