Job description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, taking meeting minutes, answering phone calls, maintaining contact lists returning phone calls, and reordering supplies.

  • Manage all preschool social media communication such as responding to all social media, posting recaps of all events

  • Assist in setting up, planning and organizing all preschool events

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

  • Manage all preschool communication between parents and the management team by replying to all parents and staff within 24 hours Monday thru Friday and within 48 hours on Saturday and Sundays.

  • Troubleshoot all parent issues in addition to managing feedback while providing exceptional customer service

  • Produce preschool forms and maintain a filing system for all students, staff and parent documents

  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports including financial and attendance reports by managing the data

  • Provide support to all visitors while doing all required work from the front desk area

  • Conduct parent tours of the facility, track all leads and follow up within a timely matter on all sales inquiries.

  • Manage software by keeping all data clean and paying extreme attention to detail

  • Act as group supervisor or substitute when needed

  • Prescreen any interview candidates and manage all applicant records

  • Complete all billing and monitor the financials of each attendee
