This is a full-time, on-site role designed specifically for recent college graduates and young professionals who want to build a rock-solid foundation in promotions, public relations, and live event coordination. As an Event Assistant, you will serve as the primary face and voice of our active campaigns, executing face-to-face promotions and experiential marketing initiatives in high-energy event settings across Cincinnati. You will build immediate rapport with a diverse local demographic, helping consumers understand the value of our portfolios and generating real excitement around our clients' names. On a daily basis, you will give interactive presentations, demonstrating product benefits clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically to potential buyers. You will also act as our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering real-time consumer insights and feedback to help optimize upcoming territory strategies. Finally, you will participate in morning strategy briefings and coordinate with campaign managers to align daily field operations with broader client goals.


We are looking for a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred) or a young professional looking for a career pivot into event management, promotions, and public relations. You must be an exceptional communicator who loves networking, public speaking, and face-to-face interaction.
