Employees may face challenges in coordinating with daytime colleagues or accessing certain resources that are only available during regular business hours. To manage these issues, it's helpful to establish a consistent routine, maintain clear communication with both day and night teams, and prioritize self-care practices such as regular exercise and healthy eating.
