Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Lexington Park & Great Mills, MD (Southern Maryland)

Role Overview

Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and evening ABA cases in the Lexington Park and Great Mills area, with optional additional hours available in nearby Riverdale.

This role is designed for RBTs looking to build a consistent and reliable weekly schedule by combining multiple cases within the same region, reducing travel while increasing total hours.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect data and track client progress

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers

  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Schedule & Availability
  • Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM / 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Weekend option: Saturday–Sunday (morning to afternoon)

  • Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week by combining cases
