Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Liberty, NC area. What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA.

  • Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments.

  • Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

  • Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion.

  • Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.

Qualifications
