Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Already certified as an RBT? We'd love to hear from you.

Not currently certified? We can help you get started. BES provides the required 40-hour RBT training for selected candidates. Employees who are not certified at the time of hire must be willing and able to obtain their RBT credential within 90 days of employment.

Important Requirement

Experience working directly with children is required.

Applicants must have prior childcare experience such as:

  • Childcare or daycare

  • Teaching or teacher assistant roles

  • Paraprofessional positions

  • Camp counselor experience

  • After-school programs

Position Summary

As an RBT or Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, teach new skills, support behavior goals, and help children make meaningful progress in their daily lives.

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass required background screenings

  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire if not already certified

Preferred
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
