Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. Position Details

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Evening Shifts
- 40 Hours Per Week
- 10-Hour Shifts Starting at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend Required
- No On-Call Requirements

Compensation
- Travel Pay Package: Up to $3,326/Week
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Obtain patient histories and explain procedures clearly
- Operate advanced CT imaging equipment and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document imaging procedures accurately within the medical record
Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) Certification Required
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
- Minimum 2 Years of Recent CT Experience Preferred
- Experience with Siemens CT Scanners Required:
- Siemens Xcite
- Siemens Force
- Siemens Xceed
- Experience with EPIC, Clario, and Visage Preferred
- Active State License as Required

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
- Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
- A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
