Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay: $15–$50/hour (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance Bonuses)

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing outbound call center. This is NOT a cold-calling position. You'll speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services, helping qualify leads and schedule appointments for our in-home sales team.

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Representative, you'll help connect homeowners with our home improvement specialists by scheduling qualified appointments.

Responsibilities include :

  • Contact homeowners who have previously requested information about our services
  • Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
  • Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
  • Accurately document customer conversations in our CRM
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment
