Job description

In this role, your primary responsibilities include assessing and reporting on AP vulnerabilities and developing strategies to address them; assisting with the management of AP team project budgets; and managing projects and vendor relations for new construction and legacy facilities, involving physical security, infrastructure, and technology.
Responsibilities
  • Attend design, construction, and platform update meetings to track progress, monitor project risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct site visits to verify project dependencies, partner with IT to bring systems online, and coordinate facilities' alarm monitoring.
  • Develop Key and Core lock layouts for Stores and Supply Chain locations, scheduling installations with locksmiths and vendors (e.g., DH Pace)
  • Partner with General Contractors, Architects, and vendors to resolve dependency issues and prevent project delays.
  • Review vendor quotes, issue Purchase Orders (POs) for AP Resource and Technology initiatives, and maintain budget compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to Asset Protection (AP) leadership regarding project status, risks, and inbox escalations.
  • Author and manage AP team communications, including the AP Newsletter and myProjects updates.
  • Support manager-assigned tasks, including Access Control and Weapons Detection administration.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of Project Management
  • 1+ Year working in Physical Security (Keys, Cores, and Locks, Burglar Alarm, and CCTV system or similar)
  • Experience reviewing a blueprint/site plan
  • Ability to drive multiple projects at different phases to completion
  • Ability to think critically and communicate impacts of change to team members
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organization and coordination - Strong follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
