As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring in Sandy Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing or corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or vehicle activity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
  • Observe and report unusual conditions, property damage, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
