Job description

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)  is hiring a Clinical Registrar (RN) to join our Quality Department in Bolivar, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. 

Position Details:

What Your Day Looks Like: The Quality department is clinically-led and evidence-based for supporting the safest, highest quality health care across the continuum of care for achieving zero harm. I

As a Clinical Registrar (RN), you will be: 

  • Serving as a key leader in clinical registry management and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and meaningful analysis for performance improvement

  • Working closely with physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to transform clinical data into actionable insights that support patient safety, quality outcomes, and high-reliability healthcare

  • Supporting evidence-based care and contributing to CMH's commitment to achieving zero harm

  • Overseeing hospital registry participation including trauma, stroke, and cardiac registries

Qualifications: 

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Experience: At least one year nursing experience and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Skills: Relevant nursing and/or registrar experience and medical chart review and/or clinical data abstraction experience.

Licensure/Certification: RN (required) and Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) (preferred)

Physical Requirements:  

  • Cognitive endurance for detailed data review, regulatory compliance checks, and higha'accuracy documentation.
