Location: UCHealth UCHth Parkview Medical Center, US:CO:Pueblo

Department: Security

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation 

Pay: 24.11 - 36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Supervises the daily operations of the department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Supervises staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Assists with monitoring departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Assists with the assessing needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
  • Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
