  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and foster effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Cultural competence and awareness to address the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation while managing a caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants at various experience levels, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt therapeutic practices for remote delivery is highly desirable. Experience in group therapy facilitation is also a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision, as well as professional liability insurance for peace of mind.
