Our outpatient office embraces a remote work setup, allowing our Social Workers to maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates the diverse needs of our clients. The full-time position may require some evening and weekend hours to ensure we are available during times that are convenient for our clients, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and client care.

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their individual situations.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy using established, evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans designed to achieve specific therapeutic goals for each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless and integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, developing safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation sessions that empower clients with coping strategies and reinforce their strengths.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately, adhering to established ethical and legal guidelines.
