As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead and engage participants in group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and learn from one another.
• Providing Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to explore clients’ emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while developing actionable plans for recovery.
• Collaborating on Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that target their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions employed.
• Team Coordination: Regularly communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity in treatment for all clients.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Experience working in mental health settings, particularly with young adults, is highly desirable.
