JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Director of Revenue Management leads pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization strategies for an assigned hotel portfolio. This role partners closely with property and corporate leadership to drive market share, maximize RevPAR and profitability, and support overall commercial performance through data-driven decision-making and strategic collaboration.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead revenue management strategy for assigned hotels, including pricing, inventory, and demand management
  2. Develop and execute strategies to improve RevPAR, market share, and overall hotel profitability
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
  4. Conduct regular reviews of hotel performance, forecasts, pace, and financial results
  5. Partner with General Managers, Sales Leaders, and fellow regional team members to optimize transient, group, and negotiated business
  6. Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with property leadership to ensure revenue opportunities are optimized
  7. Monitor high-demand periods, special events, and market changes to maximize revenue opportunities
  8. Utilize brand revenue management systems and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making
  9. Review STAR reports and other performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  10. Support annual budgeting and bi-monthly forecasting processes
  11. Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders
  12. Stay current on industry trends, technology, and revenue management best practices

Requirements
PRE REQUISITES
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel industry experience
  • At least 2 years of revenue management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; hospitality, business, finance, or related field strongly desired
  • Experience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, or IHG revenue management platforms preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, hotel revenue systems, and industry tools such as CoStar, Lighthouse, Demand360, Kalibri, and others
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
