Guided Grace Psychiatry is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Arlington, Virginia. This position operates in a telehealth setting, enabling you to connect with clients through secure video calls. Our digital platform is streamlined and user-friendly, allowing for efficient appointment scheduling and client management. We maintain a flexible Monday to Friday work schedule, typically from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend appointments to accommodate clients’ needs. This role also emphasizes collaboration with colleagues through virtual meetings, ensuring continual professional support and development.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s wellness.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring accuracy and security of sensitive information.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to discuss treatment progress and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

• Proven proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and build rapport across diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document client interactions and collaborate with team members.
• A commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and approaches to mental health treatment.
• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with substance use challenges, is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
