Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask, version control systems such as Git, and workflow tools like Docker or Jenkins is typically required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work independently during non-standard hours set outstanding candidates apart. To succeed, it's important to establish reliable handoff routines and take advantage of overlapping hours for critical discussions.
