Evening Psychedelic Integration Coaches often support clients who have participated in psychedelic experiences and seek guidance on processing insights, emotional challenges, or personal growth related to those experiences. Clients may include professionals, creatives, or individuals pursuing healing, often preferring evening sessions due to work or privacy needs. Job description

⚽ About RISE Soccer Club

At RISE SC, we believe soccer is a powerful vehicle for building character, confidence, and lifelong resilience. As one of the premier youth soccer organizations in the region, we equip both our players and our coaching staff with the tools, structure, and support needed to excel on and off the pitch.

Our Recreational Program delivers an engaging, player-first environment guided by a holistic development curriculum—integrating technical mastery, tactical understanding, physical literacy, and psychosocial growth. We pride ourselves on cultivating creativity, joy for the game, and personal growth in every athlete.

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, growth-minded Player Development Coaches to lead and inspire our young athletes (ages 3–12). In this role, you won't just coach from the sidelines—you will actively guide players from within the game environment during training sessions and weekend match days.

Whether running dynamic warm-ups, facilitating small-sided games, or delivering real-time micro-coaching, you will be instrumental in shaping positive early sports experiences, teaching fundamental mechanics, and instilling core values of sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Execute structured, high-energy training sessions aligned with RISE SC’s holistic player development model.

  • Active Match Facilitation: Guide weekend games by managing play from the pitch, offering real-time feedback, and using the match environment as the primary teaching tool.

  • Holistic Player Growth: Track individual technical and confidence milestones, ensuring players develop at their own pace in a fun, positive setting.

  • Positive Environment & Safety: Maintain an inclusive, safe, and motivating environment where young players feel confident taking creative risks.

  • Talent Identification: Identify high-potential players ready for advancement into RISE's Youth Academy and Competitive pathways.

  • Parent & Staff Collaboration: Maintain professional, proactive communication with parents and work collaboratively with RISE directors and fellow coaches.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching, coaching, or guiding youth athletes (specifically ages 3–12).

  • Licensing: USSF Grassroots License (or equivalent) preferred. Candidates willing to obtain licensing with RISE financial sponsorship will also be considered.

  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with young players, parents, and peer coaches.

  • Energy & Presence: High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.

  • Safety & Integrity: Ability to pass standard youth sports background screening and complete SafeSport certifications prior to field placement.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Industry-leading rate reflecting your coaching experience and credentials.

  • Paid Licensing & Education: Financial support and mentorship to help you obtain higher USSF licenses and professional development.

  • Clear Career Pathway: Proven opportunities to advance into RISE Youth Academy and Competitive coaching roles.

  • Turn-Key Support: Complete access to pre-built session plans, modern equipment, Nike gear, and director-level field support.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Ideal evening and weekend hours designed around academic or primary professional schedules.
