Job description

Overview:

Become a part of a dynamic outpatient physical therapy team that prioritizes your professional growth.

Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $86K to $112K, along with a sign-on bonus, a $250 commuting allowance, on-site parking, and the potential for up to $25K in Student Loan Repayment!

Join one of the largest outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Bronx, where you will manage a diverse and intricate caseload across various diagnoses. This role will enhance your practical skills in post-operative knee and shoulder rehabilitation, mobilizations, and progressive treatment planning within a nurturing clinical environment.

Collaborate with a supportive, ego-free team in a rapidly growing setting designed for learning and development. Your schedule will include two evening shifts per week to ensure patient access and continuity of care.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with two required evening shifts weekly. The specific days will be flexible based on clinic needs and will be discussed during the interview.

What We Offer:
  • Accelerate your student loan repayment with up to $25K in support through our program, paid directly to your loan servicer. Details may vary by location and role.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
  • A care model focused on achieving quality outcomes and enhancing clinical efficiency.
  • Up to 40 minutes of personalized, one-on-one patient care, enabling our therapists to provide tailored treatment that exceeds industry standards.
  • AI-driven clinical documentation support to significantly minimize after-hours charting, ensuring work-life balance.
  • Structured mentorship and opportunities for career advancement.
  • Access to top-tier continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM), including support for residency, fellowship, and board certification.
  • Multiple career pathways available: clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership opportunities.
  • Dedicated Therapy Aides to assist with patient care, allowing you to concentrate on delivering outstanding physical therapy results.
Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to evaluate movement dysfunction and uncover underlying causes through patient history and physical assessments.
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Implementing skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your strategies based on progress and clinical observations.
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process.
Qualifications:

To qualify for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice).
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification is required.
  • Comfortable treating a wide range of general outpatient orthopedic conditions; pediatric experience is preferred.
  • Open to both recent graduates and seasoned therapists.
Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $86K to $112K+, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
