Love Bound Therapy is actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in social work and will be dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals at our Detox Center. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing the LCSW to provide essential services from a home office while still being part of a supportive, collaborative team. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional needs for evening or weekend availability based on client demands. Our team utilizes digital communication tools to ensure seamless interaction and support among team members and clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand and document the emotional, mental, and social needs of clients entering the detox program.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to develop tailored care plans that address individual recovery objectives and familial concerns.
• Provide counseling services to clients, guiding them through emotional transitions, addiction recovery processes, and other life challenges, while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Actively advocate for clients, facilitating access to necessary community resources and regularly reviewing their progress to ensure the optimal quality of care.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including medical staff and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain ongoing client communications through regular check-ins, ensuring a thorough understanding of each person’s progress and addressing any safety or well-being concerns promptly.
• Facilitate family meetings to assist in conflict resolution and promote effective communication among family members involved in a client’s care.
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and therapy sessions accurately and timely in electronic health record (EHR) systems to uphold compliance and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on the latest social work practices and detoxification methodologies to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

This position primarily focuses on clients undergoing detoxification from substance abuse, including alcohol and drugs. These individuals often present complex emotional and psychological needs that require a nuanced understanding and compassionate approach. As an LCSW, you will be vital in guiding these clients towards recovery and stability, fostering an environment of hope and healing.

• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in social work, particularly in settings that involve addiction, mental health, or geriatric care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, addiction recovery processes, and available community resources specific to Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations.
• Competence in using electronic health records (EHR) and other technology-based tools for documentation and communication.

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, we highly value candidates with additional experience in detox settings, community health organizations, and specialized training in therapeutic modalities relevant to addiction treatment. Familiarity with local community resources will be considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
