Headquartered in McLean, VA, By Light supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide. Responsibilities * Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronics and computer systems.
* Support local and wide area networks, wireless systems, and digital services.
* Maintain and support peripheral equipment and off-line message preparation equipment.
* Support telephone switch modernization and communications systems.
* Install, configure, and maintain: * Alarm systems
* Digital signage
* Electronic access control systems
* Electro-magnetic door locks
* Camera systems
* Support and troubleshoot ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF-enabled devices and technologies.
* Perform system diagnostics, hardware replacement, and preventative maintenance activities.
* Support operational readiness and infrastructure sustainment efforts.
* Maintain technical documentation and support records. Required Experience/Qualifications * Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
* Meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
* Minimum 5 years of experience repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronics and computer systems.
* Experience supporting local and wide area networks, wireless systems, and digital services.
* Experience with camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills. Special Requirements/Security Clearance * Secret clearance required
